Fighting this character: With his temper a fight is most likely to happen.

Kissing this character: I refuse to be held responsible if he throws you through a window or wall.

injuring this character: Sure, injury is no problem for him due to being a Galvanic Mechamorph.

Killing this character: Plot with me first.

Because Malware has dangerous technopathic powers, and most of the characters in the city are either robots or have cybernetic gadgets. I made this little permissions post for this reason. Please answer the questions below in a comment.

If Malware can get close enough (or is allowed to) do it. Once he finds out about Malware's powers, Poscle WILL keep his distance.

For the whole lot of good it'd do you, (he barely uses the thing), yes.

...I'm going to go out on a limb on this one and say no.

If Malware can close the distance (or has permission) to do so.

I've got 3 characters at Ink City, but I'm just going to include them all in this tag.

Kat (pink_resonates), Pokemon the First Movie/AU/OC-thing:

Can Malware absorb your character's technology?: Kat actually does not have any technology of her own. She's an organic (Pokemon, hi) and all of her forms are organic as well, even the Steel types. The only possible exception I can think of would be the Porygon line and that would be under very unusual circumstances.

Can Malware absorb your character's communicator?: Possibly. She uses the city's provided communicators, which re-spawn when they're destroyed. I would like a heads-up/to be asked if that seems to be where a thread is headed though.

Can Malware absorb your character's computer data if any?: Kat has no computer data to be absorbed.

Can Malware absorb your character's weapons?: Kat does not use weapons. All of her abilities are innate to the species she currently is transformed as.

Martin Kratt (the_lion_roller) Wild Kratts:

Can Malware absorb your character's technology?: No, unless specifically plotted out. Martin relies fairly heavily on his Creature Power Suit, creature pods, etc, so something like that would need to be plotted in advance. Plus his canon mates will flatten him if/when that happens.

Can Malware absorb your character's communicator?: Maybe. Martin has two communicators, the city's network communicator and his own personal creature pod that he uses to speak with other members of the WK crew. The creature pod would need some plotting, but the city communicator is a possibility in the same way that it was for Kat's. Would still like a heads-up on that though.

Can Malware absorb your character's computer data if any?: Maybe. Definite no for the main computer in the Tortuga. Martin's creature pod contains a creature database with images, videos, and other reference material. Depending on the situations, it might be okay to absorb this, provided it wouldn't harm the creature pod. Gonna ask for mun contact/permission on this one though.

Can Malware absorb your character's weapons?: Martin doesn't have any weapons, other than his creature power suit, sort of, but still I'm going to say "no" unless it's specifically plotted out, since it's a fairly important piece of equipment.

Pipsqueak (not_a_puppy) The 2012 Lorax film:

Pipsqueak literally has no technology on him. Not even his communicator at present.

Should he somehow recover his communicator and figure out how to use it, the possibility for it being absorbed might come up (and again contrary to "home" technology, the City's provided communicator's do re-spawn upon being destroyed).

Shockwave
The only thing I've been wondering was about the computer data. Shockwave's particularly proficient with something similar (ie extracting/implanting information,etc.). Basically, if someone plugs into his brain he'd know how to fight back. Idk if Malware's ability would allow him to bypass this, or if they'd have a bit of a robobrain battle. If he does manage to get access though, he'd get his hands on a lot of information, considering he's old as dirt and a scientist.

Can Malware absorb your character's technology?: If he thinks he can handle something of Soundwave's size, he's welcome to attempt it.

Can Malware absorb your character's communicator?: No he has it jacked in to his other equipment.

Can Malware absorb your character's computer data if any?: It's some pretty vital data for Soundwave so no not without a lot of prior plotting.

Can Malware absorb your character's weapons?: All he has is a sword, so no.

Sure! The only thing Ralph's got technology-wise is a communicator that was built to accommodate his large hands.

Probably. Since Ralph's got a communicator built especially for him, the original communicator is going to stay in his pocket, so Malware may never see it.

I don't think Ralph has computer data. He is a video game character, but since he's made of ink here, that shouldn't come up.

Ralph's only weapons are his fists, which aren't mechanical, so that's a no.

Can Malware absorb your character's communicator?: Yeah, but don't expect her to just give it to him.

Can Malware absorb your character's computer data if any?: She has no data, she's organic.

Can Malware absorb your character's weapons?: Yes. Veronica carries a small armory of swords, knives, and explosives. If Malware absorbs them, he'll be a force to be reckoned with.
